Terms of business
Summary terms pending legal review. Full contract terms are issued with every quotation.
Quotations
Written quotations are fixed for 30 days and are based on the scope agreed at survey. Anything found behind a wall or board that could not reasonably be foreseen is raised with you before further work.
Variations
Additional work is priced and confirmed in writing before it is carried out. No variation is chargeable without your agreement.
Payment
Materials deposits may be requested on larger installations. Final invoices are due 14 days from handover unless otherwise agreed.
Certification
All notifiable work is certified and registered as required. Certificates are issued with the final invoice.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for 5 years. Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters, batteries and accessories apply separately and are passed to you in full.
